Committee meeting July 3rd minutes

President’s report:
Basil to confirm which room Bring and Buy will be located in. Will also look into video projectors for Nats.

Membership/treasurer report:
Has forms now to sign up Woolston members and also has membership cards.
Could not buy jungle scenery as discussed in last meeting as it has been sold.
Damon to print out new list and put it on the noticeboard. Updating phone numbers as well. Raymond suggested adding forum user names so people can get in touch with each other via PM.

Terrain report:
Stocktaking mostly done – just minor scenery left to do. We have enough trees for 60 forest sections. Jonathon has acquired some bits of pipe to put the trees in for storage. Darren has found some cheap trees online and sent Jonathon the link. We are also going to get some flock from Acorn.

General business:
Discussion about plastic trolleys to put terrain in – cheaper than a metal or wooden trolley. Maybe try Placemakers?
Al now has Warhammer and Flames signs for Nationals.
Raymond will need to get Nationals entry pack done by October.
Raymond to put sticky on forum about accommodation for out-of-towners.
Raymond to chase up GW Aussie guy (again) about getting Nationals info in WD and also getting our Membership officer’s name changed.
